Childcare Image

The ARO would like to encourage attendance at the midwinter meeting by providing awards to help defray child care costs. Members can apply for up to $500USD (one award per family) for the 2020 meeting to support care either at the hotel or elsewhere. Day care costs elsewhere (e.g., at home) must be costs that exceed the family’s usual day care costs and are directly attributable to attendance at the meeting. Child care will not be provided by ARO at the meeting as in the past.

To be considered for this award, complete this application and submit it by September 30, 2019. Awardees will be notified by November 30, 2019.
